Changed Poem
I have thrown
The apples
that were to
Soft
And which
you were
probably
Waiting to
Harden
Forgive me
they were
Terrible
So soft
And so bruisedThe black is the original words the blue has been changed.

Perfect Portrait
Kia ora Bloggers.
In school, we have been making portraits to show the things we like. I worked hard on it and I think that it is pretty good. In mine, I have football, touch, Xbox, friends.
(portrait here)
What do you think of it?
If you made one what would you have in the background anything the same as mine?
We got the idea from a guy called Romero Britto who has done lots of famous people's portraits they are all very colourful and cool I think his are better but I still like mine.
Thanks for reading please leave a comment.

Waste
So many people are wasting time actually the normal person wastes 65% of there life which is a bit crazy. People are also ruining the environment with another kind of waste with plastic like the pacific garbage patch. We need to do something quickly or it won’t end well for us humans and earth.
I’m going to tell you about plastic and whats it’s doing. Each day, about 8 million pieces of plastic pollution end up in our oceans, since the 1950s, about 8.3 billion tons of plastic have been produced worldwide. 60% of all plastic pollution in the ocean is estimated to come from land-based pollution. incase you haven’t heard of the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, it’s an area in the North Pacific where a slow swirling whirlpool of ocean currents collects plastic. Charles Moore, an oceanographer who discovered this terrible thing estimates that the patch will grow to double its size within the next ten years.
In conclusion, we need to do something about this our it could get so big that it could take over the ocean imagine that no beach to swim at, I love the beach so I don’t want this to happen and I don’t think you would like that too. So when you see some plastic on the ground Pick it up and put it in the bin.
